Hmm, links that go to other sites should be opening in new windows. If you don't mind, could you let me know what kind of links aren't opening in new windows, and which browser you're using?

I love tweetree. For the most part, I would rather browse from here than twitter itself. However, one complaint: all links open in the same window, replacing the last page that I had opened. IMHO, links should each open in a new window.
